The company is called Ensar Food B.V. The brand is called Ensar Yufka. It started with one man and a plate.
2012
By hand, one sheet at a time
Osman Avcı started at home in 2012, by hand, on a sac: the hot iron plate on which yufka has been baked for centuries. One sheet at a time.
What changed since then is the scale, not the method. In Ermelo the machines now do the same thing, a hundred thousand times a day, with eighteen people around them.

Where we bake
Tolweg 28, Ermelo
The bakery is on the Tolweg in Ermelo. From there it goes to shops, kebab houses and wholesalers in ten EU countries.
We do not show a photo of the building here. The only shot that exists is a Street View image carrying Google's watermark, and it is not Ensar's to publish. As soon as there is an own photo, it will appear here.
