How it works
Sealed packs
Every pack passes sealed under the film on the flowpack machine. That keeps the sheet supple until it reaches your table.
Keep chilled
Yufka without preservatives belongs in the fridge and can go in the freezer. The exact periods will be in the specification block as soon as they are confirmed.
Business kept separate
Larger volumes do not run through the web shop but through the price list, with delivery days per country.
Shipping: what has to be sorted out first
The current site shows two different rates on two different pages, and three different numbers of delivery countries. Both cannot be right. We publish neither until Ensar says which one applies.

This value is not yet fixed. We will only fill it in once Ensar confirms it, because an invented nutritional value is more damaging than an empty field.
